1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HireFromIndia (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HireFromIndia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2 Description of Service
HireFromIndia is an online marketplace that connects employers with remote workers based in India. Our Platform allows:
- Employers to post job listings, search worker profiles, and hire remote talent.
- Workers to create profiles, browse job listings, and connect with potential employers.
We act solely as a platform intermediary. We are not a party to any employment agreement or contract formed between employers and workers through our Platform.
3 Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws.
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any person or entity at our sole discretion.
4 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5 Employer Responsibilities
As an employer using our Platform, you agree to:
- Post only legitimate, lawful job opportunities.
- Not post misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent job listings.
- Comply with all applicable employment laws, tax regulations, and labor standards in your jurisdiction.
- Treat workers with respect and professionalism.
- Pay workers promptly and in accordance with agreed terms.
- Not attempt to circumvent the Platform to avoid subscription fees after initially connecting with a worker through the Platform.
6 Worker Responsibilities
As a worker using our Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful information in your profile, resume, and communications.
- Not misrepresent your skills, qualifications, or experience.
- Deliver work professionally and as agreed with employers.
- Comply with all applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
- Not submit applications or contact employers for purposes other than genuine employment interest.
- Maintain confidentiality of employer information as required.
7 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts.
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform without our written consent.
- Using automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform.
- Posting spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content.
- Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Circumventing any access controls or security measures.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may expose you to legal liability.
8 Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription plans.
- Provide accurate and valid billing information.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our refund policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions as specified on our pricing page.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods.

9 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without our prior written consent.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (such as your profile and job listings), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.
10 Disclaimers
We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Any information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or reliable.
- Defects will be corrected.
- The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not verify the accuracy of information provided by employers or workers, and make no representations regarding the quality, safety, or legality of job listings or worker profiles.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Loss of business or goodwill.
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Damages arising from any hiring decision or employment relationship formed through the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or our policies.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Failure to pay applicable fees.
- Extended periods of inactivity.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@hirefromindia.in. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah County, Utah. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
14 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
