Speak Impact & Grow (SIG) is a leadership communication and public speaking company based in Abu Dhabi. We help professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations develop confidence, executive presence, communication, and presentation skills through coaching, workshops, webinars, and digital content.

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented freelancer who can become a long-term part of our team and help us produce high-quality educational and promotional content.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos into engaging professional content.
• Create high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn videos.
• Add subtitles, captions, B-roll, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and royalty-free music.
• Perform colour correction and audio enhancement.
• Create attention-grabbing hooks and improve audience retention.
• Design basic thumbnails and cover images.
• Write engaging captions and suggest relevant hashtags.
• Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
• Maintain a weekly content calendar.
• Organize project files professionally and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong knowledge of CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects and Canva.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube content.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to communicate regularly.
• Ability to work independently and consistently.

Bonus Skills

Experience with AI tools such as HeyGen, ChatGPT, Descript, OpusClip or similar platforms will be an advantage.
