💼 What You'll Do
- Facebook & Instagram Ads ke liye high-converting video creatives banana
- 10–30 sec short-form ad videos edit karna
- Strong hooks aur attention-grabbing opening create karna
- Product/UGC videos ko professional ad creatives mein convert karna
- Captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects & basic motion graphics
- Different ad variations/test creatives banana
- Meta Ads ke liye 9:16, 1:1 aur 4:5 formats mein videos prepare karna
- Feedback ke according fast revisions dena
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Video editing ka practical experience
- CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve mein se kisi par strong command
- Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads ka basic understanding
- Creative thinking aur strong visual sense
- Fast turnaround aur deadlines follow karne ki ability
- D2C, E-commerce, Fitness/Yoga products ka experience bonus hai
📦 Monthly Work
Approximately 15–25 ad creatives/month, workload aur quality ke according.
💰 Salary
₹15,000–₹20,000/month
Experienced candidate with a strong portfolio ke liye salary negotiable hai.
🧪 Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates ko ek small paid trial task diya ja sakta hai.
